The small town of Nesvizh (14,300 inhabitants) is located in the Minsk Region. Archaeological excavations and the mention in the documents refer to its foundation to the XV century. From the middle of the 16th century, Nesvizh was placed as the residence of the princely family of the Radziwills, and the construction of the castle began there. Since 1793, the city was part of the Russian Empire, from 1921 to 1939 was part of the Polish state. Currently it is a recognized tourist center of Belarus.
